You made me laugh aloud with this one, Ella, with the leggings issue! I'm sure that tech had seen it all, lol, so she wouldn't care, but I can imagine how uncomfortable that made you. Glad they determined no clots. Your Dad would be proud of you, sucking it like this. Hang in there!!!

Wish we could all be in the room with you to hold your hand and remind you how tough you really are... as for the edema, sometimes it comes just from all the chemicals you get during surgery, the dye tests, etc. There are supplements you can take down the road to help cleanse your liver, etc. You probably don’t remember mine got so bad I couldn’t put my boots on and they finally sent me to this totally obnoxious specialist who assured me I didn’t have elephantiasis, charged me $800, and sent me on my way. Mayo ultimately decided it was cortisol buildup from stress which can compromise your kidneys (stress? I mean you haven’t had much of that lately 😉) and I still take a diuretic for it daily. So keep the faith, the important thing is NO clots! xxoo
