Thank you, Holly, for letting us know. Goodbye, Elizabeth. It was a gift knowing you and sharing art. Continued prayers for the entire family, Tom, Matt, Becca, and Peter.
As we all know, Elizabeth fought so hard for more time with ALL of us with incredible conviction. Who didn't admire her effort? Everyone who knew her appreciated her kindness, talent, compassion, generous loving spirit, and seemingly bottomless pool of creativity. Elizabeth will forever be in my heart. Probably in yours too. So loved, she will be so missed.
So, so sad. My heart goes out to Tom, Matthew, and Becca, and all those who loved Elizabeth. She lives on in her art, a priceless legacy, and in the kindness and beauty she brought to the world.
Walt Whitman said this: All goes onward and outward—nothing collapses; And to die is different from what any one supposed, and luckier.” I hope he is right. That doesn’t make it any easier for those left behind; nothing does. But her life and the love she gave us all has made and continues to make the world a brighter place, and we are luckier to have known her. Rima, you said truly — she loved her family fiercely and completely, and she knew you loved her too. I hope the love you share, and shared with Elizabeth, gives you comfort and strength in the coming days. Much love.
Heart breaking. Elizabeth was such a force of nature, it is hard to fathom. My love and prayers go out to her family, she loved you all so fiercely and completely. I especially pray you may find some comfort in that as you work through this loss. Blessings to you all.
Heartfelt condolences to her husband, children, friends and all those that love her. Thank you for keeping us over long distances I formed. It is greatly appreciated. 💔
