10,000 steps!! That's fantastic and a super accomplishment!! And you say that that's 5 miles, well I know that I couldn't do it and if I did, I wouldn't have come out of that work-out refreshed and radiant.

We were delighted to hear of the progress accomplished. Mike was challenged to walk more as he heard this testamony. I love the scripture Romans 4:17b the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were.
She is healed already and HE keeps you strong, Jack.

I bet you stopped in to some stores and went shopping too--didn't you? Good for you, having confidence in yourself to walk around Southdale by yourself. I worry about you being by yourself like that-but I am also really proud of you. Did you stop in to Vera Bradley?
That is great Jack! Please send her my best and again, she must have made lots of improvement since I last saw both of you in August/Sept. Some exercise everyday goes a long way.....
