Jack, Peter and John,
I was shocked to see that your wife and mother had a Caring Bridge site. Peter, I just found out today when I read your explanation. While I am not much of a believer in prayer, rest assured that I will be hoping for the best for Eileen and she and your family will be in my thoughts every day.. In my experience the best antidote is for her to know that the people she loves are there beside her and pulling for her recovery every step of the way. I haven't known her well, but in every encounter we've had she has always greeted me with a smile and a good word. My most keen remembrance of Eileen is when she and Jack came to our "Back to the 50's" party a few years ago. She seemed to have such a good time, smiling and dancing to the music we all loved when we were young. My heart goes out to all of you as you endure this painful, but hopeful situation.
Thinking of your family as you go through these days, knowing the loving support that you have for each other will give you strength. Sending healing thoughts and prayers. Jack, let me know if you want to walk sometime at Bredesen with Muzzy and me.
Tony and I send our love and prayers for Eileen's recovery. Her inner strength will certainly work in her favor during this ordeal. Jack and family--I hope you feel the prayers and support coming from near and far! Although we're far away in distance, we're with all of you in spirit. God love you.....
Dear Eileen, please know there are so many of us praying for you...I talked to my Mom today and she said you and Jack are the most beautiful people she has known and sends her love to you. Please continue to get better. Much love and hugs to you. Love, Cindy
Eileen, we are cheering you on and will hold you in prayer, daily. You have been so healthy and we're hoping this physical strength is an asset as you work towards recovery. Jack, let us know what we can do for you. God bless you!
