The month of October is Infant Loss Awareness Month. This month will now forever hold a special place in my heart. No parent should have to go through the loss of a child, yet the Lord sometimes sees fit to bless us with a loss to grow us closer to Him. I created these key chains in honor of my precious Baby Ellis who was born sleeping 6 months ago today and his precious cousin Baby Lyla born several years ago an only lived a very short time.
I met a doctor yesterday who lost a child over 20 years ago, she and I cried and hugged and had a beautiful moment. She said you will never be done grieving it will forever be there. It is a hard pill to swallow, but it is what it is. I pray that God would continue to see the glory come from our loss as we share our story with the world.
