Well friends, I’ve got some amazing news to share… just took a body scan and I am in complete remission!
It’s been a journey, and one that would not have been possible without friends and family supporting me! Thanks to my amazing wife, Maryann, for the the VIP treatment and making sure I stay safe, and for the kids for just being normal in an abnormal world.
And thanks to all of you for not only keeping me accountable for reporting my exercise routine, but also keeping me in your thoughts and always sending good vibes my way.
I’m not sure where this all goes from her, but it’s time to turn the page.
I may not have 9 lives but at least I have 2!
Time to get busy living!
