Journal entry by Blake Reuter

For those of you who have been following this story, it has been one year since my dad passed away.
One year of extreme frustration-anger even, sadness, regret, pain, ups and extreme lows.  One year to grieve the loss of my dad. One year to celebrate him in heaven.  Knowing that God took him up and made a flawed body FLAWLESS, should be cause for celebration!  And that is what we are going to try to do on the one year anniversary for my dad up in Heaven.  For those of you who attended, we didn't have a funeral, we had a Celebration of Life for my dad.  A time to celebrate his life on earth and all that God did in him and through him.  So as you go about your day on March 10th, try to remember and celebrate him with us!  Wear PURPLE (his favorite color), listen to KFSI 92.9-which when he would drive my vehicle, fun fact, literally all of my radio stations would be changed and saved to 92.9, take a moment to listen to the song "I Can Only Imagine" by Mercy Me, and give your loved ones an extra long bear hug!  Bear hugs from Breea and I were his favorite!!  There are so many things I could share about him and how he shaped me to be the man I am today, but I will leave you with a couple pictures of my dad to celebrate his one year and share some of the special moments he loved to brag about to everyone.  He will surely be missed! If you have any stories about my dad and how he touched your life, please feel free to share with us!!
