Dear Tom, Lois, Lauri and Lisa,
I am just so saddened by the news of Donna's passing!
First meeting her in 1975 at Blue Cross I was blessed and priviledged to call her friend!!
Although we did not see each other often over the years esp. after her retirement which I know led her on many adventures. She had shared with me, earlier this year, how she had suffered from misdiagnosed lymes disease over many years.
I know how happy she was after meeting and marrying the love of her life, Tom.
Lois, I feel like I know you through Donna's stories. You were truly her best friend, after Tom. She loved you both and her girls so much.
Thank you Tom and Lois for your love and care .
I was so very much looking forward to seeing her again when we came back to Naples 2019 for a visit.
It is with such a heavy heart I send you my deepest sympathy and love! It is so difficult to process this news and I grieve deeply her loss! I look forward to celebrating her life with those who knew her and loved her!
Thoughts, prayers, love - Jan

Donna, how lucky I am to be able to have called You my friend. The unconditional love we had for each other; sharing, caring, laughing, shopping, eating.... You were ALWAYS there for me. I will hold those memories in my heart forever.

You are no longer on this earth Donna, but will live on in your lovely daughters! God is good that way.

I want to Thank you Tom for being strong for her. You gave her a reason to fight! And Lois and Terry for jumping in when allowed, to facilitate her well being and comfort right up to the end. Sally, the resident expert, there to guide and steer her in the right direction.

No one will ever know why you were chosen to get this terrible disease! But we know what you meant to each of us. You are a very special person. Not good bye my friend, but til we meet again.

A loving tribute from a loving sister who was there for Donna every step of the way on this difficult journey. Lois, every individual should be so fortunate as to have a sister as loving, attentive, supportive, and wonderful as you were for Donna and Tom.

Having known Donna from first grade and on, I can vouch for the fact that she was always the quiet, caring, unassuming, supportive, smiling, loving lady. Never did I hear an unkind word uttered about Donna...quite a testament to her. It was so heart warming to have the opportunity to reconnect with Donna (and you) in the past few years. Donna faced her diagnosis head on, firmly stating she was ready for whatever might come. Yet she lived each day to the fullest as she was able. God Bless her memory! I am a richer person for having known her the past MANY years!

Lois, a heartfelt thanks for keeping us posted. I will look forward to receiving info on the memorial service and hopefully will be able to attend if it is prior to late April here in Naples. Diane Morrison Langemo
