Mom has been home a little under 3 weeks. She got the Food tube removed today!! Which she has actually not used since she got home December 28th. She has been making gourmet meals again! Dad of course is over the moon after feeding on Lean Cuisine frozen meals! Mom is walking around the house without her walker, alternating between stairs and elevator. She done with the HT online ordering, always a substitution, and not the produce she prefers! She is going to give driving a try tomorrow! It makes me think of the elderly in our hometown, Murfreesboro, that almost take you off the road! I know Mom will be fine but gives me a laugh when visiting home in later years and having to dart into the wrong lane as a man turns into my lane as I was approaching the stop sign on the way to EBO. Mom knew the gentlemen and we had a HUGE laugh!
