Not sure how I missed the post, but it's very exciting! My daughter and I were on a walk the same day you made this post, right after a torrential rain out here, and saw a spectacular rainbow that went all the way from horizon to horizon. Sounds like that's sort of what your doc was describing! Keep going with the good scans and do some talking to that damn liver -
