Every trip around the sun is wonderful, but this trip is extra special.  Happy Birthday, Don Knutson!!!

Our family has certainly endured hard trials this past year, but we can attest that we’re stronger in faith than we ever were.  God is so good. We’ve said this all along, but your prayers have been felt and answered, and we appreciate you all.

Dad goes to Crosby for therapy twice a week and he says their care is top notch. This weekend Kambree and I learned how to take Dad’s blood sugar and I helped administer his insulin.  Mom is such a care taker and we’re glad we can help her out.  She is still recovering from her breast cancer and needs to take time for herself, too. 

Dad loves to fish and still has limited use of his right arm. We gave Dad an electric reel today and Game and Fish approved the use of it.  The weather wasn’t nice enough this weekend, but we know he’ll catch some walleye on it this summer.

Spinner (Lynn Heinle) took us on a lovely pontoon ride Saturday.  We all enjoyed the view, music, and company.
