Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. 
My dad, William Donald Martin, known as Don or Mokie, has suffered many health challenges the last several years.  He now has stage 4, inoperable lung cancer. I decided to open this page to let everyone have a place to follow and check on him. It is too overwhelming for me to try to talk to everyone daily. Please pray for his comfort. It is an aggressive cancer and that is all I can tell you about a prognosis. I will try to add to his story daily.

My heart breaks as I share that my Daddy passed from this world at 4:40 this morning. He had suffered very badly these last weeks. He is now released from his pain and earthly sorrow. My selfish heart just didn’t want to let him go. I hope at the end of our short journey on this earth we can all hear the words, “ Well done, my good and faithful servant.”
