Journal entry by Robin Miller —
Hi Everyone,
I hope you're all having a great holiday season.
We had a scare recently. My dad had some fluid in his lungs and Dr. Duus was concerned that it was a sign that there was a recurrence of lymphoma; however yesterday we learned that his PET scan came back clean and he does NOT have a recurrence of lymphoma. Needless to say, we're all breathing a big sigh of relief.
My parents have a message that they wanted me to share with you so I am going to leave this post to them:
Reflecting back on the last year and a half I’m a first amazed at the incredible number of twists and turns our journey has taken.
Starting with Bobbi’s compression fractures through all the parts and pieces of our cancers and transplant it’s been non stop discoveries and treatment.
THEN The real miracle comes clearly into focus:
The unimaginable outpouring of petitions to our Lord, the compassion and love and the energy we’ve received continually from our family, our family of friends and friends of friends sustains us.
The Lord has heard your cry and we are healing.
This truly is the journey with all its parts and pieces that we are so grateful for
Bless and thank you ALL.
Love,
Dick & Bobbi
