Hello, here is my latest update.  I finished my immune therapy treatment last Thursday at 5:00 pm.  Yeah!  I was in hospital for 10 days for first part, then at home for 18 days for the rest. Was hooked up to bag for 28 days, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Slept with bag next to me at night. I felt so free when they unhooked me!  I had nurses here every other day changing bag and taking blood.   I have been feeling pretty good since they unhooked me.  Got a lot of bad headaches from this medicine and tremors. Otherwise, it was not as bad as chemo,didn't get as weak and sick.  But my white blood cells are low because of this drug, so I am at risk for infections, and so can't be around people, crowds, ect.  So I walk around yard, sit and watch the birds, do my crafts, and work on getting stronger, and eating all of Mark Hannah's good cooking!

I have bone !arrow biopsy this Thursday. Meet with doctor the following week with results. It takes a week to get results back.  I hope and pray it worked this time and we can move forward to the transplant. My doctor wants me at zero Luekimia cell's to do transplant, as she said this will give you a better chance of less reactions or side effects to  new bone marrow.
