Diana’s Story

Site created on July 27, 2018

I am very sad to have a need to create this site to keep all of my loved ones and special friends updated on my condition.

Until a couple of weeks ago I thought I had put this damn breast cancer in my history file. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

I have Stage 4 breast cancer and it has spread to my liver, lung, spine and hip. It is still considered breast cancer as that is where it originated so that’s how we will be treating it.

There is no “cure” and the only treatment is chemo...I am currently receiving radiation on my spine and hip to hopefully lessen the pain of the pressure the tumors are putting in those areas.

My next appt. with my oncologist is next Thur and we will discuss treatment (chemo) options. I am also seeking a second opinion on Aug 9th and will then make a decision how I will fight this beast!

Thanks to everyone for your help, support, prayers, etc. I love you all and couldn’t think of anyone more blessed because of each and everyone of you!!!❤️
