Deb, your beautiful light shines in me, from my experiences in your yoga class. Thank you for sharing your gifts with others. When I’m stressed and taking deep breathes I hear your voice telling me to lay under the surface of the water and let the daily BS bubble up to the surface and let the sunlight sparkle thru to your heart.
