We didn’t know Deven but came upon the accident that night when the ambulance and police had the road blocked off. We live in Fox Park and travel that road a lot. Every time I pass that area, I think of him ( which is a lot), I put a prayer up for him and his family. I am so sorry for you loss. He sounded like a wonderful young man.
