Derek’s Story

On June 2019 I was diagnosed with stage 3b melanoma cancer.  One of our neighbors used CaringBridge for their story, so I decided to use it for mine.  The goal is to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting!

For now, the 'Journal' tab is probably the place you want to be.  I'll be trying to update that on a regular basis.

Dermatology called, results came back as benign.  "Everything is perfectly normal."  Good news, so next visit will be in February.
