When it's a full-bore gusting north wind it's purple-y-blue. When it's more of a warm tropical breeze it is a watery yellow. For the past month we've continually switched back and forth between those here. I LOVE Philippine mangos fresh off the tree, and yes, they taste like -- a mango. Very sticky and juicy, but with their own unique flavor.
