saying no....or even speaking up....always a hard thing, at least, a challenging one. i grew up not being able to speak up if my opinion was different, which it usually was/is. you got so much done. that is what i do know and understand...a bad day becomes better if i get something done. it' s just in me. even if it's minor. love the comment: NO is a full sentence. thank you, blessings, k

Impressive amount of cleaning/decluttering/organizing accomplished in such little time. Love the paddling visual and concept. As boundaries can be difficult (for me) to figure out/establish/recognize, it's a great idea to connect it to the visual. Love and a warm hug to you.

So fun to know that Osha is playing unknowlingly (well maybe), playing her doggie part in the family dynamics.

Seems I’ve dropped an oar as I’ve been paddling round in circles for YEARS! 🙏 for the imagery, painting with words & ideas & having invited me into your ‘living room’ years ago and again & again, Deborah. Presently enjoying memories of the little house & the little efficiency you occupied in Decatur, IL…blessings & balance, Kim❤️‍🩹

Your advice about saying no instead of a resentful yes arrived at just the right moment. Thank you!

I have never forgotten what my wise friend Kate said one time: "NO is a complete sentence."

Easy to do that here. Less so in real life. But we all keep working on it!
