Deb’s Story

Site created on August 22, 2019

Welcome to our CaringBridge website.  We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place.  We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.  As many of you know, Deb Josephson suffered a major stroke this past April  after a surgical procedure.  Deb has been unable to work since her stroke and after a lengthy hospitalization she has been  going through intensive rehab for the past three months. With the amazing support of the Temple Beth El and Tacoma legal communities Deb and Chana have been able to downsize and find a new place to live that will be appropriate for Deb once she is able to go home.

This Caring Bridge page is a way for all of us to communicate with Deb and to keep track of her progress as she continues with intensive rehabilitation.

Please feel free to visit this page to share messages of support, check for updates, or offer additional assistance to Deb and Chana.  If you are able to help provide financial support towards Deb's continued rehab expenses we have set up a Go-Fund-Me page at this link.  Thank you so much for your continued support!   https://www.gofundme.com/f/fjw8ad-deb-josephson-rehabilitation-campaign
