Debby,
First off, Happy New Year! I pray this year is better than the last and health issues for you and your family are kept to a minimum. Praying for Gods Grace and Mercy. I see Jennifer at church and she always gives a hug and catches up with my youngest Becca when she is home from college. I also saw Emily last week at Weis, she is so friendly! Geoff doesn’t know me although I have seen him outside at Weis on occasion. Thanks for you wonderful updates and as always inspirational messages.
I created a Caring Bridge site for my older daughter Jess Finlayson and am not a good writer like you are! Please pray for her- she has a brain MRI on Jan 24th. Her 15 months of brain cancer treatments were finished early December and her last MRI showed a flair. The think it’s radiation necrosis and we pray it goes away on its own and is not new tumor growth.
Thanks Debby!

Thanks so much for sharing Jennifer's birthday pics. I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend. Looks like a great time was had by all. Love her cake!

Your one amazing and loving mama bear holding off heading to ER until party ended!

Heavenly Father' it's so difficult to watch Debby suffer. It doesn't seem fair for her to endure so much pain. I believe you are powerful and capable of stepping into her situation and completely altering the outcome. I'm responding to the promise of your word that you listen to our prayers and those prayers can make Debby well. I bring my friend before you to ask for your healing touch in her life. Thank you for your forgiveness of sin and your promise of eternal healing. I'm asking you to provide healing for Debby on this side of heaven...amen

Debby. I know you get tons of advice and I also know how annoying that can be...but one year I found something that was really an answer to my prayers and I still use it to this day. After I broke my neck I was on Oxycontin for a year and went on Tramadol after that. As you know, constipation becomes a problem when you are on any pain medication. A friend told me about something called "Magnesium Serene," that you can get from Amazon. It's a Berry flavored powder and although it's developed for heart health and relaxation, it works like a charm for constipation too. You take one teaspoon in 1/4 cup "hot" water. I let it cool a bit and then drink it down. I take it once a day when I need to but my friend takes it a few times a day. There's no cramping, no diarrhea (unless you take too much)...you just "go" like a healthy person! It's been a life saver me and several friends. I told my doctor about it and he wrote it down to tell his other patients. Love you, Debby. Linda
