Dearest family of Debbie's. I am just learning of Debbie's home going. Dale and I have been without cell and internet service for almost a month.
I am SO VERY THANKFUL we had a good visit with her before leaving for this extended trip. My heart is broken as I will so miss my dear friend. Of course I am very thankful that she is with her LORD and SAVIOR whom she loved so much. Please dear family stay in touch with Dale and I and come to see us anytime. We love you all. Resa and Dale
As I sit here on my front porch with the wind and rain from Florence moving in I can’t help but think of you and your courage and strength you had during your illness. Every raindrop may be a tear from you for your family dealing with the loss of such a wonderful wife,Mother, grandmother and Friend to so many. The winds may be your Angel Wings as you fly by free from pain and suffering of the disease. While you may be gone from this Earth you my friend will never be forgotten and will forever hold a place in my ❤️. Fly free Angel!

I regret that I was not able to be at the service on Saturday to tell you in person, but I wanted you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Debbie was a special friend who had a real impact on my life and she will be missed by all who knew her! Praying for comfort and peace to all of the family.

I'm so very sorry for your family's loss. What a wonderful woman she was! What a blessing she was to all who knew her, I'm sure. She obviously was such an example of God's love and grace. Praying for you all as you walk through your grief and make so many difficult adjustments. But I'm rejoicing that she is in heaven and in pain no more and has entered into eternity with her Lord and Savior. God bless you all!

I'm so saddened by Debbie's passing. I didn't know her well, but know she was a lovely, caring person.

What a beautiful well-rounded life and achievements including her amazing talent as a teacher and her time in homeschooling some of their girls. She truly was a really good teacher as we taught together for years. She gave her best in illustrations and included everyone in class with energy, encouragement, interest and positivity. My son said she was her favorite. ❤️ What a exemplary life 💕
