Thank you for the beautiful tribute to Romelda, she was a dear long time friend. I last talked to her before her trip to your wedding. We were so sorry to miss her service. Rest In Peace dear friend.
Kathryn,
You have a beautiful way with words. I appreciate you and Kayla. It's lovely to hear of the twins consoling their mom. Won't we believers have a wonderful reunion in heaven? We'll share joy and music together!
My love to you and all the family,
Judy Pearson
Kathryn: What a beautiful tribute to your grandma. Grandma's hold such a special place in our hearts, as do their grandchildren in theirs. I loved the voice mail messages, and loved the last one especially. I heard a lot of your mom in them, nothing like the sound of someone's voice or their handwriting to stir up sweet memories. Thank you for sharing your family with us. May God's peace, that passes all understanding, continue to be with you and your family.
What a beautiful story and tribute to your grandmother and mom. I was surprised to get the notification that there was a new journal entry. Thanks for taking the time to post. You all have become close to my heart even from afar. May you continue to be comforted and strengthened by the sound of your grandmother’s voice and the blessed assurance that you will be reunited with your mom and grandma one day. ❤️
Kathryn,
Your sharing of these words, pictures, and stores is a continuation and reflection of both your grandmother and your mother. It’s so beautiful to see them alive in you. May your grandmother Rest In Peace and rejoice in her surroundings. No eye has seen nor ear has heard the Glory that awaits us in heaven.
I’m very touched by your post and the lovely voicemail series. Thank you for being a woman of heart! God bless you in your new marriage union!!!
Kathryn what a beautifully written journal entry, like so many of them. I never heard that story of her helping you put on your mom’s wedding dress, (your reception dress)…so neat! I am so glad that I got to sit and talk to her at your reception. She held my hand the entire time. Sweet! She was such a warm and loving person.
