David I will add you to my daily devotional. I lift you up for healing and a hedge of protection around you. I would have never guessed you would be in such condition. Knowing there are more extreme solutions to heart disease is motivation enough to do what the Cardiologist tell you and make what ever lifestyle changes are necessary. You are needed here on earth doing what God wants you to be doing while He wants you to do it so you know your purpose is important to God and to those around you. If you ever have questions about the long term outlook and living with heart disease and kidney failure just ask.
