Stopped by to say hello to my Friend David. This summer we attended the FFI Expo in Bozeman and I thought of David often. This is where I first met David some 13 years ago. I fondly remember a week we spent together at the FFI expo in Whitefish Montana many years ago. David was a great mentor and provided tremendous inspiration to me as I was developing my casting skills to the MCI/THCI level. Several years later, David asked my to take over the FFI CBOG Examiner Development Pathway (EDP) committee chair from him. I did and the EDP program which he developed for the FFI CBOG is thriving today although there is still a small vocal minority who rail against the program. I miss connecting with David at the FFI expos and discussing the pressing issues of the FFI CICP.

Please let David know that we know have upwards of 90 EDP validated examiner and we have developed and implemented a web based EDP records management system with access to the EDP participants, EDP Faculty members and the ERC committee. The web based system has been a wonderful improvement to managing the EDP process.

Speaking for the entire EDP and ERC committee, we all are sending our well wishes to David.

Stay strong my friend, Mark

Just today thought of checking on the caring bridge to check on you, David. Lindsay had mentioned it when I sat with the both of you one day at lunch - hope you have received cards as I think of you both so often. Sorry to hear issues for both of you. Will stay in touch

Hate those bumps in the road! No fair. Thanks for the update, though recent times a little tougher. Hope you are more comfortable now, David, and soon able to get back to your regular routine of harassing the RNs and CNAs. ( I know they love you.) Love to both of you, David and Lindsay.

Hi David & Lindsay,
I thought of you both earlier today. I went to the Capitola Village Wine & Art Festival to take in the sights. Lucky for me that I secured a parking space just a block away and did not have to face climbing to an uphill spot. My funky hips were especially appreciative. A light cool fog hugged the coastal event. While strolling, I came across a framing of fishing lures. Of course y’all came to mind, “What a beautiful art!” As always, my thoughts and prayers, and love. Cousin Nancy/Ching

Lindsay, I hate to hear this about David but I hope he's going to recover and get better. You both deserve a break from everything you have been through. I know I keep saying this, but I would really like to do something to help you. If you think about it, and think of something I could do that might be of help to you both, please just tell me? I mean this sincerely, so please do let me know. Tell David I am thinking of him and want him to be well soon, as everyone does. Love to you both, Donna O'R(I know there is another Donna!)
