Thank you Sarah for all of your journal comments. Your faith is strong and you showed that through your writings and were blessed by them. A song in our songbook at church has a song entitled, "Our Need of Divine Help," which is based on Psalm 17. I will type the words of the 4th verse here:
"When I in righteousness at last
Thy glorious face shall see,
When all the weary night is past,
And I awake with Thee
To view the glories that abide,
Then, then I shall be satisfied."
Your dad's weary night is past. Dad is seeing the Lord's glorious face He is viewing the glories of heaven. He is satisfied. You will miss him so much, but have the blessed assurance that he is in his heavenly home with his Lord and Savior. Hallelujah.
We continue to remember all the family in our prayers.
Oh the faithfulness and glory of our God. We have been privileged to see it over and over in your messages on caring bridge. Thanks for your family's gift to us and God's use of it in many, many lives. Thank you.
This Caribgbridge page has been such a blessing for all of us throughout David's journey. It will continue to bless all of us in the days, weeks and months ahead as we re-read his beautiful testimony and remember David. To God be the glory!
