My heart is so heavy today with this news I received from Courtney. I am so sorry. I can't imagine what your family is going through right now. Please know the amount of love, prayer and hope covering your family right now is exponential. Having only met you a few times in the time I've grown close to Court, I am just blown away by your faith and gratitude to the Lord. You guys are special people. The kinda people I pray I can become for my girls one day. Love you both and am here in away I possibly can for your family.
We know that our God is a God of miracles and we will continue to call on Him to restore David to full and complete health. Thanks so much for allowing us to journey a bit w you. Love you both, will continue to be on our knees and look forward to the sweet moment when I can give you a hug.

We are shocked, heartbroken, also just plain numb, as I'm sure you are, from trying to absorb and comprehend this awful news. We are praying, praying for miracles. Please know that you both, along with the girls, have kind of "moved in" to our thoughts permanently, and there you shall remain. We'll keep checking in. We feel very far away, but are very grateful for the strong faith community and strong group of many friends that we know you have there. All that remains is to affirm love and appreciation for both of you, and the assurance of regular thoughts and prayers for the very best outcome. Please extend to David my best. I will be back and forth to Colorado from my new place over the next couple of months, and as David's energy would allow would love the chance for a brief visit.
