As I read your books, I think of the following thinkers such as John Stott, Phillip Yancey, Eugene Peterson, & Timothy Keller. I would say that you may be equal to those evangelicals both in thought & literary competence.

I still remember your intellectual brilliance & sincerity! After getting my Ph. D. I got back to Korea & currently serving a Methodist church as senior pastor, teaching courses at Yonsei University as adjunct professor as well. Since I came to know your illness, everyday praying for your recovery & brave fighting against the enemy of cancer! Above all, I would like to let you know that I have ordered your two books, The Holy Spirit & the Renewal, your doctoral dissertation, & Luminious published by IVP, via Amazon. It was so good to hear from you after a long silence. What peace to know God's presence becomes even greater when you are weak. Seems like there's a verse for that.
