I had called Dave on my way to work and he said he had a good night and slept well. Feeling good this am. So planned on going down after work to pick him up. Got a call at 630 saying that the team came in and were very pleased with how things were looking and discharged him and would like him out by noon. So plans changed I worked for a few hours and went down to pick him up. He was dressed and ready to go when I walked in. Said he was feeling good with very little pain. Discharge papers completed stopped at the pharmacy and on our way. Stopped in Zumbrota and got lunch and went to the park to eat. What a great day. Got him home and had some pain so gave him some meds and he spent the next hour of so napping in his chair. Took a walk around the yard to check out all the work Analise did of weeding flowers and mowing. Checked out the weed whipping that Shawn did and of course checked on the cows. Sat outside on the deck. Dale stopped by so visited with him and Shawn. He is glad he is home and and looks great. Nice to have him back home and moving around.
