Glad to hear that the boat is leveling off. Don't get too advernterous and follow the doctor's advice. There will be plenty of time to rebuild muscle and get back in shape. It took me close to 1 year after chemo and radiation was over to get back close to where I was before treatment. Thanks for the update and you remain in my thoughts and prayers.

Sounds like we are both moving in the same direction at the same time, glad to learn of your progress and hope that it continues, just becareful not to try to go too fast. I learned in my recovery that if a little bits good, a whole lot is not better. I will send you more about my recovery in a private e-mail. In the mean time keep up the good work.
