Words cannot describe the shock and sadness that I feel at the sudden loss of such a vibrant man. His humor and passion touched the lives of all of us who had the privilege to work with Dave throughout our careers. His quiet wit and infectious smile will be with me always. Fly, Dave, fly!

My sisters and I are all in shock over David's passing. Words cannot describe it. But, I am sure, we can't fully appreciate your pain. So sorry for your loss. He is loved and will be greatly missed. We will keep the family in our prayers!
