Friday, October 18th: reviewal: 5-8 pm at White Funeral Home in Apple Valley

Saturday, October 19th:reviewal: 11am at The Well in Rosemount
- Memorial service: Noon
- Lunch following service

Committal: at Fairvew Memorial Park in Fairmont at noon on Monday, October 21st
