Dan was there Jenn. He buzzed by like a light to protect his lovely girls but he had to go protect travelers in jalopy of jalopy off-road buggy’s called jeeps in the Outback as he drove that to and from the firehouse. I’m so glad you got to experience his pals down under. He talked often with his pAl in the air force while at the station and video conferences the crew in. I am sure he wanted that adventure with you. You made the trip with him but not the way you all wanted. Nevertheless, his spirit is whole knowing you all got to touch the sand water and soil with his soulmates. I hope you are doing great and are firmly finding new happiness with that constant void in your heart push aside as Dan wanted. Thank you for sharing. Well written and was a heartwarming tale that brought tears to me again but his girls being there is so magical. To you! Much love and light! Kenny.
