We are finally home! It was nice to sleep in my own bed and relax on the couch as a family. We would like to thank all of you for all the kind words and prayers throughout my hospital stay. It lifted my spirits to have the comments read to me during the tougher days in the hospital. We know the next month or so will continue to have it's up's and down's but the worst part is behind us. I will need to have someone with me at all times for the next 2 weeks. My mom will be with us this week and my good friend Julia is driving in from Canada to spend the next week with me :) This is something I am very much looking forward to! Our new normal will be an adjustment but having such amazing family and friends will continue to help us adapt as needed.
