Today is the one year anniversary of the shattering phone call from the ER that led to losing Daniel a few weeks later.  The pandemic made his funeral an almost entirely virtual event.  At the time we proposed a Fall 2020 in person memorial, then we postponed to April 24 of this year.

 

Our family has talked about it a good bit and regardless of the virus we have decided at this point to not have a large general event, and instead we will probably have a few small informal gatherings over the spring.  We have felt and received tremendous support, love, and prayers from so many in so many ways over the past 12 months and we can never thank you enough.
