I am so saddened to hear of Dan's passing. I am not surprised to learn he was an organ donor. He was such a kind soul. There is comfort in knowing he shared all he could with this world. His life was a blessing to all of us. May Dan now rest in peace. To Jen, Jason, and Kate know you will remain in my thoughts and prayers as you navigate your new life. Your love and support of Dan was wonderful. I know he will always watch over you.

I'm a complete stranger, visiting Boston from Ireland, and just saw the article about your dear son in today's paper. I'm sincerely sorry for your great loss. How good - how generous he and you all are to give his organs to some other poor, needy patient. I remember him and you, his dear family, in my prayers tonight that he is resting with the Lord. May He and His Blessed Mother bring you all comfort and peace.

Please except our condolences to you and your family - Hannah called this morning from Italy after she saw the Bfccps post. She was so upset - she recalled how often you spoke in class of your wonderful children and how much you loved them. She also said you were her favorite teacher. The gift you have given with organ transplant is amazing. My dad lived an extra 13 years because of a kidney transplant. 💜
