That's great news, but don't expect the number to reach zero. They usually report PSA down to 0.07 in most labs because of the detection limit of the test (is not sensitive enough to read levels below 0.07). Some labs will report an undetectable level as <0.07 because they can't measure anything below 0,07 accurately. So they call it undetectable at 0.07 or less.
