One thing I’ve offered to our bereaved families is a “memory sheet” for guests to complete for the family—given out by the ushers. On the sheets people would share their memories of their friend and loved one. We’d given them out before the service. We’d also given them out at the luncheon. We’d gather the completed memory sheets and bind them into a book that the family could keep. Not that you need more to do. What’s nice is the family has something tangible to touch through the years. I’m happy you found a videographer.

Although Chris Hansen (https://www.linkedin.com/in/insourcemedia/) does not currently do much video production, he has good past experience. He lost his mom a few years ago, and would understand how important this is. It may be worth it to ask him...

Bill has a video camera, but it is an older (SD) one. If that is what you are interested in, let me know. Also I have a niece who has training in videography. I could connect you with her if you like.
