Heather Darling,
Perhaps checking in with Dan and asking him who he wants bedside during these periods of the unknown. Setting up a calling tree would help allowing you to spend quiet time with Dan before guests arrive.
Be good to yourself Heather. It’s important you stay well and rested as much as possible.
Dear Heather'
God could not have picked a more perfect loving beautiful wife for Dan than you. You are doing all the right things and God is with you every second. I always say God never blinks and has His mighty hand apon you, Dan and your entire family.

My prayers are with you. Heather, you are doing an amazing job keeping things together. As a former hospice nurse, I think you are exceptional. One of the things I have seen over time is the deep love and unity you and Dan have for each other and the entire family. You have not only provided very helpful information you are also ministering to friends and family in your writings. My prayer for the family is enough sleep, strength, one day at a time. Also to experience the presence of God's abiding love for all of you knowing He has everything under control. Peace I give you not as the world does give I you. Love, Michelle

Heather, I am praying so hard for all of you. Please don’t ever doubt your decisions during this time (or NOT making a decision about something). It is so hard to know when to call in the troops....just know that God is with you every step of the way🙏🙏🙏❤️
Oh Heather - you are doing so well in such an overwhelming situation. I wish it were easier for you, but I know it’s so difficult because your love for each other is so great. Just keep doing what you’re doing. 💜
