Good Afternoon Dan - you handsome guy you - love the new look - really makes your gorgeous blue eyes pop!!!
Loved reading about your journey there in JAX and have prayed for you and Connie both while you have been away from the Island. God is so good and he has done, and is continuing do great things, in your health recovery there with your amazing medical team.

Visited recently with Jim and Gayle and we all agreed we miss you guys and really need to have a "reunion" of sorts for another Hurricane survival this Sept, or whenever you are up for it. Continuing lifting you both up for great things to come as you continue your recovery to a "New You".

I had no idea what you have been fighting until my friend Barb Parker ran into Barb Kampschmidt a week or so ago and heard of your battle. I have had you and Connie on my prayer list ever since. I am so glad to hear of your slow and steady recovery and hope it continues until you are completely cured of this disease. I talked with Barb K. last week and she told me Connie was not up to receiving phone calls or emails. That is certainly understandable, Today Barb P told me about your posting on caringbridge.org. She also said Connie had emailed her, so I will email Connie today. I wish you Godspeed in getting back home. By the way, your sharing your thoughts on God and his role in your life makes me realize just how much we need his help in our lives. Thank you for that. Your attitude about your future is truly uplifting. By the way, I think your new coiffure will really help aerodynamically when you get back on your bike. (I know you always wear a helmet anyway😊.). Our thoughts are with you, Dan. God bless you and Connie.

It’s very good to hear, that you got well over “stage one” and to see you smile. About the hairstyle, I think you can add Viktor Giacobbo to the list ;). I’m gonna keep y’all in my prayers and hope to see y’all again when I’m on HHI.
All the best,
Lorenzo

being at peace is comforting, but does not mean defeat. We are all winners, every day we wake up and breathe is a win, what you said is true for any of us if you believe in the power of the Lord.

I will count the days...........until I am able to come for another visit (and continue my search for a happy ending :) )

Love you
Kathy

Hey!
I miss you both. I continue to pray for you both on a daily basis, I wish there was something more that I could do for you. Your positive attitude will be a contributing factor to the success of the process.

Love you both (I love bald men) :)
