He’s listening

I don’t know what to say, been staring at my keyboard praying that God will give me the words. Here is what I’m sharing with you today. Every time I think about Dalitso, I think about the days I prayed to God for a friend. Turns out, God was listening. He sent me a special person who I can gladly call my Big Sis. It is extremely hard to watch her struggle through this illness, and obviously Covid-19 has not made it easier.  Saddens me that I can’t hold her hand, can’t cook for her, and can’t rush to her side when she can’t bear the pain. Even so, Dalitso has been unbelievably strong. It turns out, she’s the one encouraging all of us, giving us hope when we can’t find any and being strong for her precious daughters. I am so grateful for everyone doing everything they can to help our sister friend. I believe that God is doing amazing things in her life. Groceries are being delivered, bills are getting paid, prayers are being lifted, play dates for her young daughter, the list goes on. I always tell Dalitso that she will soon tell her story and travel the world encouraging others. I believe God is listening. Let’s continue lifting our sister friend and her family in prayer. It is not easy for her, but each day she’s strong enough to bake banana bread, make those delicious dishes, give me direction on potty training, etc is a good day. I am praying for more of those days. We love you so much sis, you will be well.
