Betsy, Kelsey and Andrew,

We are so sorry to know that you will be parted from Dale for the time you have here on earth, but so thankful to also believe and know that you will be together again in heaven! Please let us know if we can be of help to you in any way in the days and months ahead.

It is a privilege to have known a man of such high quality and amazing strength and faith.

God bless your family,
Kim and Mark Putbrese

Betsy, my deepest condolences to you and your family. Dale left such an impression on me when I saw him- so positive, kind and friendly-and always smiling. May God welcome Dale into His eternal light, and may He bring comfort to you and your family.
Hugs,
Debbie

Betsy, The entire EHS family mourns along side you and your family at Dale's passing. We can only imagine the emotional roller coaster you have all endured over the past year and a half. We watched as you stayed strong though out the process. We marveled at Dale's positivity and faith. We are amazed at how those that are suffering can lift up and encourage those of us that are not. We witnessed a life "well lived" in Dale as he trusted God for each and every blessing. Sadness is a natural emotion that we all have. Joy is the supernatural knowledge that Dale is now in direct fellowship with Jesus, our Lord and our hope. May God bless the Martin family.
