Wow, what a story. I,for one, love stories. Muriel Rukeyser said it best: "The universe is made of stories, not of atoms." I was sorry to hear about the complicated shingles. By itself, uncomplicated shingles can be so miserable., so what you have is not for the faint of heart. You have weathered many storms in your life, Cynthia...you will weather this one. So sorry to hear about this.

I sit in my warm living room and find myself with goosebumps and saying over and over No No No, this just can’t be. I feel so bad for you. I am thankful that Kessaya is with you as she makes everything better. I recently did the “tour of churches” in our community for the Christmas holidays. As I sat in the pew, my mind wandered to the last time I had been in this church. You were there , and it was Ted’s service. Time keeps marching on. I wish for you no pain and good health for many many years. Love, Sandi Mandell

Oh wow. I’m so sorry this is happening to you and am praying that all will be well. I’ve had the regular shingles, which are no fun, but I know that doesn’t compare to what you’re dealing with. Love from a somewhat distant relative!!:D
