Hi Jen and Drew...you both are amazing parents! Emeri and Daniel told me the class put together something for Cruise. You were all amazing to us when we first moved CB and have been such great friends. I wanted to send you all the love and prayers I have to you all and especially Cruise. I don't know everything of what you are going through.. but I have a little experience. We have lots of friends in Boston and Massachusetts... if there is anything you need or we can do for you, please let me know!
I'm delighted to know Cruise is continuing to show his determination to get well as quickly as possible and I'm sure Blaze, Harper and Kirby are cheering him on each day!!! I absolutely admire your indomitable strength, courage and determination, Drew and Jen, to always seek out the finest medical care for Cruise. It's no wonder he is such a strong young man....it's the only way he knows how to be because of the example you set for him. I believe we all know where Cruise's strength and courage come from. Those beautiful young men are so lucky to have you both as parents! Way to go Cruise! Finally an end to those headaches. I cannot even imagine what the last few months have been like and you are one BRAVE young man!
I know that I've said this before, but it still will forever be worth repeating! Drew and Jen -- you are both an inspiration to all of us who follow Cruise's journey and I stand in awe at the courage and tenacity that you and all the boys exhibit virtually on a daily basis in the face of such uncertainty about your dear son's/brother's struggles!
