Journal entry by Courtney Cox

Hey guys! Man... this has been a rough year. October 22nd 2018 I broke my ankle. After 6 months of treatment I ended up having a full ankle reconstructive surgery. Due to the injury and the treatment period I got a rare disease called CRPS also known as RSD. i am on a lot of medication to control the pain, the discoloration and the swelling. The CRPS started in just my foot and had progressed up my leg. 2 months ago I just started walked with a cam walker boot. I am also doing physical therapy 3 times a week. Even though end of healing has been stated I am determined to be able to walk again without some form of help. There is no cure for CRPS. Every day is a struggle.

I just found out today that workers Comp has ended due to “end of healing” being documented. That being said... I NEED HELP!!!  I have applied for disability but have not heard anything from them yet. Income has come to a stop until disability contacts me.

I am worried about losing my house and my car. Being homeless with 4 dogs. I need help guys. Please if you can donate... even if it’s $1. Please share.
