Oh my goodness, friends. This is a wonderful and inspiring post in so many ways. God has promises and plans for Cole, and all of us. His plans unfold and surprise us, humble us and amaze us. Cole has already inspired so many, and he’s only just begun. God bless him this year, and all of you too. Twelve weeks. So little and yet so big! Thank you for sharing your story and allowing us to be your cheering section.

Mary, thanks for sharing the photos with us as it really shows the progress Cole has made on his journey. That's a great photo of Don, Cole, and you sharing the love!!!! I have to say that I'm very impressed that Cole is going back to Iowa University and understand he will be mentally better in that situation. Cole, stay strong as I know it will NOT be easy!!! Sending hugs to you all and prayers knowing that you are still dealing with many unknown factors!!! Your entire family has been unbelievable throughout this whole process! You have handled everything with grace and optimism!! May you all continue in your pursuit of Cole's well-being and yours!

A journey of love for sure. ❤️ Nicely expressed Mary, I feel like a I was right there with you on every step. Cole, I have always enjoyed your precious smile and enthusiasm. You are a role model for others to live by, “You can do it!” You have had Guardian Angels these past few weeks since June 12th to pick up broken pieces from pain and thoughts. Thank God they have assisted your enduring personality in this tragic journey to stay optimistic and strong. Have a great year at Iowa and enjoy the life you have become to keep looking forward. It will be rewarding. God bless you. 🙏
