Journal entry by Jim Hunt —
Hello All!
Well, things have taken a downward turn for dad. He had a bladder infection and it was very painful, he had to get a catheter put in. He has been on some pretty strong meds. He is drinking water pretty good, but no food. He goes in and out of awareness. Today is better than the last two, he is having small conversations when he is awake. We expect that this is a sign of end of life, which is much sooner than we had hoped.
We will keep you updated as much as possible.
