Coach de Lannoy,
You inspired us more than you know. You taught us the game of basketball, but more importantly, you taught us some of life's most important lessons. You taught us that hard work, hustle, sacrifice, and team camaraderie are more important than natural ability. These lessons have allowed us to find success as adults. Thank you for giving a scrawny kid a chance, allowing me to be part of an experience that has helped me through life and will forever be remembered. Mike Sears, Vaman Kamath, Devon Johnson, Sean Biddinger and myself have all become lifelong friends. Stay strong, remember all that you taught us to get through this challenging time. We are all behind you.

Hans!
Anything you need, please let me know. You meant so much to Mark and just know I’m saying prayers and he’s probably looking down at you with good thoughts as well. You made an impact on so many kids and us adults.
Hugs,
Linda Uhrenholt

Dear Hans,
I hate that you have to go through this. Please know you are in my prayers and if you ever need someone to talk to…I’m at the other end of a phone. I do understand. Much love and prayers,
Nancy
