Dear Pam, This was well written. Tears are flowing, prayers being said , and virtual hugs are being sent. I know how this process feels. The emotional roller coaster ride can be exhausting, while the Holy Spirit surrounds you with peace and comfort. Your love, courage and faith are evident. Thank you for sharing so transparently. You and Chuck (and family) will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. ❤️🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

My dad had multiple sclerosis, and after being an all-state athlete early in his life, became confined to a wheelchair because for the last ten years of his life he lost all strength in his legs.
He would tell me that in his dreams, he would be running on the beach again, whole and strong.
When he passed, I remember thinking, "Dad is running on that beach. He is free from pain and free from spasms and free from that wheelchair. He is in heaven. And there are beaches in heaven."
In Kairos, God's time, Chuck will be building houses again, and giving his grandkids piggyback rides, and shooting jump shots over the angels in heaven.
I love him so. And I always will.
Praying for mercy and relief and calm.
